Sanzari’s New Bridge Inn Restaurant, in New Milford, NJ.  This is a new building on the site of historic New Bridge Inns.  The original tavern was lost to fire, and its replacement was built below the flood level of the Hackensack River and deemed unsalvageable.  The first floor has separate formal dining room and bar areas, with a catering room on the second floor.  An addition to the bar area and expansion of the parking lot are currently on the boards.

The Bicycle Club in Englewood Cliffs is another historic location.  This is a major renovation featuring a rebuilt second floor, new kitchen, new bar area, new deck and general updating of the entire restaurant.  Great ribs!
